Don't even try to measure your insole, you'll never get it right. Just look at the measurements on any of your sneakers in CM or CHN. Then take that information and find the corresponding US size in the size guide. For example, the insole length of 25 CM corresponds to US 7 in Vans. You may get a different US size with a different brand due to slightly different measuring.
If you choose the wrong size

Healthy body, healthy mind. That is the hidden message in the Asics brand name, which is an acronym for an old Latin proverb. The original Asics sneakers featured the Onitsuka Tiger branding, which refers to the founder Kihachiro Onitsuka. These days, the sneakers are branded with the well-known "a." Asics sneakers have long been perceived by the public only as high-quality running shoes. But the hidden potential of Japanese design has only reached its full potential at the end of the last decade. That's when the very successful Asics Gel-Kayano 5 sneakers started to gain popularity. It's not just this silhouette though, the Asics Gel-Kinsei sneakers have entered the fashion world in full force too, and they plan to play the highest league in the 2020s.
