adidas La Trainer Og
Soft suede and breathable textile form the foundation of the women's sneakers La Trainer Og in a warm brown colorway. You'll notice the quality materials right from the first touch, which develop a unique character with every wear and settle in beautifully. If you’re into retro fashion inspired by old running tracks, you’ll love this model. Its roots trace back to the eighties when it was created as a running shoe. Today, it shines in the city, where its low profile and clean lines stand out the most.
The upper combines suede panels with textile, ensuring the sneaker retains its shape while allowing your foot to breathe. The rubber outsole provides reliable grip on pavement and wet sidewalks, and the low cut keeps your ankle free, which you'll appreciate during long walks. The brown colorway easily pairs with jeans, wide cream trousers, or a midi skirt and knitted sweater. This model is brought to you by adidas Originals, the lifestyle line of the German brand founded by Adi Dassler in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria. adidas Originals brings archival silhouettes back into play, updating them with modern materials and colors.
adidas La Trainer
Iconic sneakers with Olympic DNA - adidas LA Trainer
Looking for the perfect blend of retro style and all-day comfort? The adidas LA Trainer is one of the biggest legends in street style. This model debuted at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games and quickly won the hearts of elite athletes and urban culture enthusiasts alike. Today, these stylish sneakers are a must-have for anyone who appreciates timeless design and the historical legacy of the three stripes brand.
Revolutionary cushioning you can customize
The standout technological feature and hallmark of the adidas LA Trainer is the Vario Shock Absorption system. In the midsole, right under the heel, you'll find three colored pegs. When they were first introduced, they served more than just decoration:
- Custom fit: In the original 1984 design, they allowed runners to adjust the cushioning hardness based on their weight and the type of surface.
- Design signature: Today, they are an iconic visual element that instantly sets these retro sneakers apart from any other footwear on the market.
Timeless materials and style
These men's and women's sneakers combine a breathable mesh upper with premium suede panels. This makes them exceptionally durable while providing optimal ventilation for your feet. The rubber outsole with a distinctive stud pattern ensures great traction and stability in urban terrain.
Fun facts about the LA Trainer
- Real key in the box: In the 80s, you received a special tool with the sneakers that allowed you to actually pull out and adjust the pegs in the heel.
- From the track to the streets: Although they started as pure running shoes, they are now an essential part of outfits with jeans, joggers, or shorts.
- Unmistakable retro vibe: This is one of the most frequently re-released models from the adidas Originals archive.

adidas Originals are not just sneakers but an entire culture that has developed around them. Ever since the brand with the iconic three stripes appeared on the scene, it has shaped the sports world as well as streetwear and pop culture. The history of adidas dates back to 1949, when Adi Dassler laid the foundations for the brand that is now one of the absolute top brands. It keeps the legacy of sports and urban fashion alive and relevant.
The most famous models include the immortal Superstar, favoured by members of the hip-hop group Run-D.M.C. in the 1980s, or the minimalist Stan Smith, named after the legendary tennis player.
