Pas Normal Studios Mechanism Bibs

Pure black, understated print, and a design that looks just as good on the bike as it does over coffee after a ride. These are the men's cycling bib shorts from Pas Normal Studios in Black. You can wear them for your morning loop, a long weekend ride, or a group outing, and from the first kilometers, you'll feel they fit exactly where they should. If you're looking for cycling shorts that don’t resemble a sports uniform, the Mechanism model won’t disappoint.

The shorts are made from flexible polyamide with elastane, adapting to every pedal stroke while maintaining their shape even after hours in the saddle. The narrow slim fit hugs your thighs without bunching or flapping in the wind, ensuring your gear doesn’t sap your energy. The sleeveless straps keep the shorts in place without a waistband that digs in while leaning over the handlebars, and the elastic hem prevents them from riding up. You can hide them completely under your jersey, showcasing a clean black silhouette that easily matches any jersey or vest. Pas Normal Studios is a Copenhagen-based brand that blends Scandinavian minimalism with meticulously crafted clothing for road cycling.

Materials

Composition18% Elastane18% ElastaneHighly elastic synthetic fiber that is an essential part of modern fashion. Its main advantage is extreme elasticity – it can stretch up to several times its length and immediately returns to its original state once released. In products, it ensures that clothing and accessories fit perfectly, maintain their shape, and do not stretch even with frequent wear. It is used as a blend that provides materials with necessary flexibility, enhances comfort of movement, and ensures long product lifespan. / 82% Polyamid82% PolyamidSynthetic fiber that excels in exceptional mechanical resistance, tensile strength, and elasticity. Compared to polyester, polyamide is much more abrasion-resistant, making it an ideal material for high-stress areas of outdoor clothing, backpacks, and sports accessories. Its structure is very fine and smooth to the touch, with the ability to dry very quickly. Polyamide is often used for making lightweight windbreakers, swimwear, and compression garments, as it holds its shape well and is resistant to biological influences (molds and bacteria). In modern sustainable fashion, we increasingly encounter its recycled form, which gives new life to old fishing nets and industrial plastics.
