Vans Vault is the youngest sibling in the Vans family. It was first launched in 2003 and has since created collaborations with a number of big names such as Kenzo, Undercover, and Marc Jacobs. In fact, Vault by Vans was founded with the idea of producing higher-quality items in limited editions with the aim of getting into high fashion. So as you can probably guess, this is the top-tier line of Vans-branded products you can find on the market. That translates to durable, quality materials, higher fabric weight, fashionable, and premium designs on classic silhouettes like Old Skool, Slip-On, Sk8-Hi, and Vans Era.
You won't find Vans Vault just anywhere. Vans chooses its partners carefully, which is why we are delighted to be one of the few in Europe to offer men's and women's apparel and sneakers. So if you don't wear Old Skools just for skateboarding but also as part of your stylish outfits, reach for Vans Vault.
It all began in 1978, when Paul Van Doren wanted to create a similar model to the iconic #36, known today as Vans Old Skool. His goal was to design a functional and high-top shoe that will suit all skateboarders and that will provide a whole new point of view. He succeeded and introduced a new model #38, known as Vans Sk8-Hi, which celebrates its 40th birthday this year! Of course he didn´t forget the legendary sidestripe. Celebrate with us and we´ll leave it to you to pick your style.
