The story of the market leader in caps and sportswear began in 1920. A German immigrant and skilled craftsman named Ehrhardt Koch sensed an opportunity to redesign and change the fashion headwear industry. Today, New Era has over 500 licenses to use the logo, including NBA, MLB, NHL and NFL teams, and has become the exclusive manufacturer and retailer of team caps.
