RECCO® Advanced Rescue Technology: A rescue system that is also used in selected Under Armour products for mountain and winter outdoor use. The technology works on the principle of a small passive reflector integrated into clothing or equipment. The reflector requires no battery or maintenance and reflects the signal sent by a professional RECCO detector. This enables rescuers to locate a missing person more quickly and accurately, for example in an avalanche or in difficult terrain. The system increases safety without additional weight or movement restrictions.
