HUF was founded in 1992 by Keith Hufnagel, who grew up skating the streets of New York. After becoming a professional skateboarder, he traveled the world, eventually opening a small boutique in San Francisco. It was the first store of its kind, bringing together all the top skate brands under one roof. Today, Hufnagel’s own apparel line is available at Footshop, continuing his legacy in skate culture.
