The history of Pendelton Woolen Mills began to write itself in 1863, when the British weaver Thomas Kay arrived to Oregon, a state ideal for breading sheep and wool production. Here he opened his first cotton-mill that was later taken over by his grandchildren. In 1909 his grandchildren started to produce their first products under the name Pendleton Woolen Mills. Now, already the 6th generation is being in charge of the family business, so you have the priviledge to experience the quality of 100% woolen goods that Pendleton offers, such as amazing covers with a design inspired by native Americans.
